They have a smooth texture on both sides of the filter, resulting in an even and steady flow of water during brewing. They are available in 3 different sizes, so you can match the filter size to the dripper you are using.
Having been oxygen-bleached, it is recommended to quickly rinse the paper prior to use, to ensure no paper taste is transferred during brewing. Hario V60 filter papers are biodegradable and will consistently deliver a perfectly clean, sediment-free brew.
