Refund policy

Returns

Please choose carefully as we do not accept change-of-mind returns on coffee products. This is because we package the coffee beans or ground coffee fresh to order. 

If we have made a mistake with your coffee order, we will replace it with fresh coffee. If this is the case, please email hello@p9coffee.com.au and let us know. 

We accept change-of-mind returns on other products if you return it within 14 days of purchase, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and you must show proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@p9coffee.com.au. If your return is accepted, you will need to return your item to the following address:

1/315 Townsend Street, Albury, NSW, 2640, Australia

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in the event your product is faulty).
  • Returns are not applicable for sales items.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds (if applicable)

We offer refunds (or replacement) for faulty products.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will get in touch to let you know we have received your returned item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (or replacement).

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We offer an exchange for change-of-mind returns. If you want to exchange your item for something else, send us an email at hello@p9coffee.com.au.


Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for change of mind returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for your item should it be lost in transit.
