The Bialetti Venus is a new spin on the classic stovetop espresso maker. Reshaped to enhance the finish of the polished stainless steel and with a thick-walled boiler chamber that is suitable for induction cooktops.
It produces rich, authentic espresso in just minutes. It works by forcing the water through finely ground coffee and sending the liquid espresso through the spout, so you can pour it into a cup of your choice.
We suggest sticking to warm water and soap for cleaning, and advise against using steel wool or a dishwasher.
